2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be confirmed with complete details.
Advance payment may be required before starting the work.
Final delivery will be provided only after full payment is completed.
Prices may vary depending on design complexity and quantity.

3. Design Approval

Customers must review and approve the design before printing.
Once approved, Arun Graphics Point is not responsible for any errors (spelling, design, color, etc.).

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on workload.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after design work has started.
Advance payments are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct content, images, and information.
Arun Graphics Point is not responsible for copyright issues of customer-provided material.

7. Quality & Color Variation

Slight color variations may occur due to printing process.
We try our best to maintain quality but exact color matching is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arun Graphics Point will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
